Charge:

  • Recommend a procedure and timeline for determining what funding opportunities will be explored in the short-term and long-term, including a statement regarding roles of private and public funding sources.
  • Identify potential donors.
  • Recommend strategies for accomplishing long-term, sustainable funding of digitization programs.
  • Regularly evaluate progress of committee, identify improvements needed in committee processes and products, and adjust plans as needed.
