Charge:

  • Plan the annual THO meeting, including preconferences and other associated events.
  • Recommend possible meeting locations and venues to the THO Steering Committee.
  • Work with the THO Coordinator to select speakers on a variety of topics of interest to THO members.
  • Regularly evaluate progress of committee, identify improvements needed in committee processes and products, and adjust plans as needed.
