Charge:
- Develop a plan to provide project management & technical skills for the purpose of training personnel and supporting the institutions including:
- Goals and objectives for the training process
- List of training & support needed (at various skill levels)
- List of training & support available
- Outline for curricula development
- List of alternative methods of training
- Specifications for training delivery of training (how & where)
- Prioritization process for training & technical support
- Determine a clearinghouse and repository for training and technical support.
- Recommend strategy for funding a long-term, sustainable training and technical support plan.
- Regularly evaluate progress of committee, identify improvements needed in committee processes and products, and adjust plans as needed.
